Erik C. Oh
Managing Attorney
Erik graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical Engineering, in May 1994. He also graduated magna cum laude from Western State University, College of Law with a Juris Doctorate, in May 2017. He was admitted to the California State Bar in June 2018 and was admitted to practice before the Executive Office for Immigration Review in March 2019. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in May. Most recently, he was admitted to practice in the District Court for the Central District of California.
Erik prides himself on listening carefully to client’s needs and crafting a plan to get men and fathers the outcomes they desire. I like picking up the phone and have a conversation with clients in their times of need. He loves to help men navigate through the family court system to get the best outcome for them and their children.
He is a member of the Deegan’s Inns of Court since 2020 and is a board member for the International Relations Council of Riverside. He enjoys negotiations, as he worked in enterprise sales to Fortune 1000 companies before attending law school. Some of his clients included major household names such as Warner Bros., Honda, Universal, Disney, Toyota, Clorox, etc.
In his free time, he ran the New York Marathon and has completed several half marathons, including Disney’s half marathon. He am passionate about the environment, am a single father to a beautiful daughter, and love to travel at least once a year.
