Attorney James L. Wellman is a seasoned trial lawyer working out of Reel Fathers Rights APC’s Orange County office. Practicing for nearly four decades, Mr. Wellman is a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) by the State Bar of California with extensive trial litigation experience handling family law issues throughout Southern California with a focus in Orange County.

Mr. Wellman’s experience includes a reported appellate decision and he has personally argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before joining Reel Father’s Rights, Mr. Wellman was the managing attorney of one of the largest family law firms in Orange County,

Mr. Wellman has continued to build his reputation since joining Reel Fathers Rights. He represents men and fathers in Family Courts throughout Southern California, including Orange, Riverside, Hemet, San Bernardino, Barstow, Pomona, Los Angeles, San Diego and Vista.

His practice focuses exclusively on Family Law, fighting for fathers in Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, and Domestic Violence Matters.
